Change — especially such a huge change like moving to another country — is difficult to process for the body and mind. It can take years to bring back the feeling of certainty, groundedness and ease, to convince yourself that you are safe now and everything will be fine. In fact, logical arguments do not work 🙂 Because stress is happening in the body we need to start from the body work to release it.
This masterclass is designed to give you tools for calming down our nervous system through the body, relaxing into your life now and creating space for you to go through all the transitions with ease and calmness.
You will also learn a bit of theory on what is happening in the body when we are stressed out, how we store stress and how it influences our daily life.
To feel your body when you are overwhelmed and understand when you need a moment to pause, exhale and just be quiet is crucial.
Knowing simple effective techniques to support your body through challenging times is the foundation for any meaningful change.
Mind and body always work together, that's why we’ll use the body to calm down the mind, and we’ll use the mind to work with the body.
You are not alone - and having a community of like minded women in similar situation is beautiful way to grow together.
In this interactive session, we will start from the small theory block, then we will do some practical exercises together. You will need to have a comfortable space to sit, walk around and make sounds 🙂
After the practice, we’ll break into small groups for discussion, allowing you to connect with others, share insights, and learn from each other. From my experiences, I learned that there is nothing more precious in processing change than human connection.

My name is Stasia. I’m a yoga and somatic movement teacher, meditator, and entrepreneur.
I came to Canada in the summer of 2022 due to the war in my country and started a new journey here. While dealing with a lot of grief, sadness, and anxiety, I found a support system that helped me reconnect with my inner resources, rebuild my confidence, rediscover my feminine self, and find joy again.
